What is your earliest rugby memory?

When my mom came to watch me play rugby in the early morning when I was 8 years old cheering me on waving her hands and shouting my name.

What has been your career highlight to date?

Playing for the SA A team.

Who has had the biggest impact on your career and why?

My school coaches at St Andrews they put in the extra time with me and never said no when I asked for assistance. Some of them would even take time out their holidays to help on the school break to get into shape . They played a pivotal role in my development and were there to encourage and sometimes give tough love which I believe is what helped me for rugby after school in which I immensely appreciate.

What do you like to do when you are not playing rugby?

I like to play Xbox. Watch movies/ series

Who has been the most influential person in your life and why?

The most influential person in my life my mom and Dad. They showed me through their actions and lessons that things in life don’t come easy and to attain your goals whether it be physically, mentally or spiritually it takes hard work discipline and perseverance. My older brothers Melisizwe and Buntu also played a massive influence - I wanted to be like them . The way played sports and how good the could dance as well as a few other things.

What is your favourite city you have visited and why?

Buenos Aires - they had nice ice cream and huge steaks !

What is your favourite meal?

Sushi.

Who was your rugby hero growing up?

Buddy Kebble , Tendai Mtawarira , Big Ben Tameifuna and Charlie Famuina.

If you could invite any five people to a braai, who would they be?

My Dad, Lebron James, Warren Buffet, The Rock, Rod Wave.

Which DHL Stormers player do you think is most likely to become a coach one day and why?

Warrick Gelant - he understands the game in and out and they way he conveys a message on the field it’s easy to understand and follow

Worst Dressed Leon Lyons and best Dressed Seabelo Senatla.

Funniest person in the squad and why?

Herschel Jantjies- I just think he’s hilarious
